While By Teddy accessories are suitable for most dogs for everyday use, dogs with behavioral issues or excessive pulling habits may cause our accessories to have a shorter lifespan. We do not offer refunds or replacements for accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog.

Please be aware that By Teddy's fabric leads and collars (e.g., our Boucle Collection) are not heavy-duty accessories and aren't designed to withstand extreme pulling or rough wear. They are more aesthetic options suitable for smaller breeds and lighter usage. If you have a large or strong breed, refrain from purchasing these products. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by scratching, biting, etc., by the dog.

We recommend hand washing all our accessories, but always using water below 30 degrees Celsius.
